Dunleavy Disputes Report

Mike Dunleavy, completing a fourth losing season as coach of the Milwaukee Bucks, disputed a broadcast report that he will be fired after the season.

“It’s not true. I’m still the coach. I’m still here,” Dunleavy said after the Bucks’ 111-103 road win over Charlotte.

Milwaukee station WITI-TV, quoting an unidentified source, said Dunleavy had been told he will be dismissed, and the announcement could come Monday.

Charles Oakley, out with a fractured eye socket, will miss the New York Knicks’ the last three games of the regular season.
