Teens Charged With Bombing Mailbox

Two 17-year-old boys from the Royal City, Wash., area of Grant County are charged with using a pipe bomb laced with nails to blow up a mailbox.

Sheriff William Wiester said the boys were arrested Thursday, and he expects to charge two more juveniles. Wiester said no one was injured in the blast last Saturday near Royal City.
