Why keep repeating incorporation process

The people of the Valley should be concerned about the latest incorporation blunder.

Now the proponents are opposing the mail-in ballot.

The county is trying to save money on these elections for incorporation. Already the county has spent over $120,000, but the proponents really are not concerned about that. The county has plenty to spend.

If all the proponents are so afraid of the “no” vote why keep repeating this process? Bess Routt Spokane Valley
