Flaggers, Delays Expected On Roads

North Idaho motorists can expect delays and road crew flaggers on several area highways in the next two weeks.

Delays of up to 15 minutes will begin today on state Highway 97 between Squaw Bay and Arrow Point and can be expected to last at least three days.

Also today, crews will begin rotomilling four miles of state Highway 41, with short delays expected this week.

Railroad workers will be replacing the crossing at Eastport on U.S. Highway 95 beginning Aug. 12 with delays expected throughout the day. On Aug. 13, the highway will be closed from 2 to 3 a.m. while crews complete the project. , DataTimes
