Slick Blister Relief

Staff Reports

Backpacking

The field utility of duct tape has been proved by skiers who repair broken poles, paddlers who patch holes in canoes, and campers who seal leaks in tents.

One use many may not have heard of is a a blister-prevention tool.

Tape your feet while breaking in new boots or winter-softened feet, or to reduce pain when a blister mysteriously appears. The slippery surface lets boots and socks slide over the foot without chaffing.
