Wedding vows were exchanged by Susan Rae Welborn and Jon Gipson Hood in a recent ceremony at Grace Brethren Church, Des Moines, Iowa.

Wayne and Donnella Welborn, Leon, Iowa, are parents of the bride. Hood is the son of Mike and Glenda Hood, Spokane.

A reception was at the church. The Hoods are living in Omaha, Neb., after a honeymoon in Hawaii.
