Andretti Ready

Beginning next year, veteran racer John Andretti will slide in behind the wheel of Cale Yarborough’s RCA Ford Thunderbirds.

“John and I have a three-year agreement,” Yarborough announced. “We now have the driver, the crew and the organization that will enable Cale Yarborough Motorsports to be competitive in Winston Cup racing week in and week out.”

Andretti is the nephew of racing great Mario Andretti.

“We have a relationship already to where I feel like I can say what’s on my mind, and he can do the same,” Andretti said.
