Van Eps Inc., have applied for a license to sell spirituous liquor by individual glass and/or beer and wine for on-premises consumption and beer by the bottle or package for off-premises consumption at Village Squire Tavern, 108 S. Dartmouth Road, Spokane.

Otis Inc., have applied for a license to sell spirituous liquor by individual glass and/or beer and wine for on-premises consumption at Commellini’s, 14100 N. Dartford Road, Spokane.

Mega-Star Inc., has paid a monetary penalty of $750 in order to vacate a suspension of license privileges to sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption and for off-premises consumption at Sage Tavern, 3248 E. Sprague. The licensee was charged with allowing the consumption of liquor on the licensed premises between the hours of 2-6 a.m.; licensee allowed persons apparently under the influence of liquor to consume liquor on the licensed premise; and licensee was intoxicated on the licensed premises.

Silverwood Construction, Inc., has applied for a license to sell beer and wine by bottle or package for off-premises consumption at Freeman Store, 14510 SR27, Rockford, Wash.

Luke Chaffey has been approved for a license to sell beer and wine at retail in bottles, cans or original containers for off-premises consumption at Circle 7,12221 E. 32nd, Spokane.
