Nafta Impact Varies By Region

Associated Press

The regions that have gained the most jobs because of NAFTA are also the ones hardest hit by trade with Mexico, according to a U.S. government-funded study at the University of California at Los Angeles.

They are: Southern California, Texas, southern Florida, Michigan, Illinois, Pennsylvania and other northeastern states.
