Canada Beats Swiss
Canada, getting the decisive goal from Christian Dube, continued its march toward a record fifth consecutive title at the World Junior Hockey Championships with a 4-1 victory over Switzerland.
The Canadians spotted the Swiss a 1-0 first-period lead, then scored four straight goals to tie for the top of the group A standings with a 2-0-1 record. The United States, idle Monday, also is 2-0-1 off Sunday’s 2-1 win over the Czech Republic.
