Air Pollution Reports

A total of 15 air quality complaints were reported to the Spokane County Air Pollution Control Authority between Jan. 22 and Jan. 28. The most common complaint was from solid fuel burning devices.

Jan. 22

Smoke and odor from a solid fuel burning device, such as a wood stove or fireplace, was reported at 3512 W. 6th at 12:45 p.m.

Smoke from a solid fuel burning device was reported at 4322 E. 14th at noon.

Smoke from a solid fuel burning device was reported at 5924 N. Addison at 4:39 p.m.

Smoke from a solid fuel burning device was reported at 7300 N. Palmer at 11:25 a.m.

Painting without a booth was reported at Shanahan and Sons/Piano Parlor at 1:30 p.m.

Jan. 23

Open fire was reported at 9009 S. Freeman Drive at 9:06 a.m.

Open fire was reported at Liberty Lake Burger King construction site at 1:50 p.m.

Jan. 25

Open fire was reported at 11115 E. Broadway at 3:10 p.m.

Filtration problems was reported at 18001 E. Euclid Bayliner at 9:30 a.m.

Smoke and odor from a solid fuel burning device was reported at 213 N. McDonald Road at 9:45 a.m.

Jan. 26

Smoke from a solid fuel burning device was reported at 3512 W. 6th at 11 a.m.

Smoke from a solid fuel burning device was reported at 606 S. Main No. 9, Deer Park at 10:40 a.m.

Vehicle emissions was reported at Mayflower Bus Lot at 10:15 a.m.
