Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Michael D. Nelson 26, Spokane, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, $10,000 bond.

Travis J. Hynes 27, Spokane, failure to appear for sentencing, $10,000 bond.

Angela M. Brian 22, Helena, parole violation/grand theft, $20,000 bond.

Katrina M. Gras (Butkovich) 31, Portland, forgery (three counts), $15,000 bond.

Thomas D. Decell 45, Hayden, failure to appear for preliminary hearing/possession of a controlled substance, $13,500 bond.

Misdemeanors

Von G. Argyle 33, Bayview, contempt for invalid license, $266 bond.

Eli J. Agee 22, Hayden, contempt for driving while license suspended, $664 bond.

Laura M. Centers 28, Pinehurst, contempt for failure to purchase driver’s license, $200 bond.
