A speech by U.S. Secretary of Education Richard Riley will be broadcast live today on Cable Channel 15 beginning at 10 a.m.

Riley will give his third annual address on the state of American education at a suburban St. Louis high school.

Spokane panelists include Spokane School District Superintendent Gary Livingston, the Rev. Ronald Allen of Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, Eastern Washington University Education Dean Phyllis Edmundson and East Valley teacher Donna Conboy.
