Writers Responded With Zeal

The call for poems and short stories in 1995 brought another flood of contributions - about 155 from 57 schools throughout the region. Their work was impressive and made judging this year harder than ever.

Because we have limited space, only a small portion of the entries are featured here today. We’ll publish others as space allows.
