Moon’s Wife Seeks Dismissal

Declaring she is not a battered woman, the wife of National Football League quarterback Warren Moon has asked a judge to throw out a subpoena to force her to testify against her husband.

Moon is set for trial Feb. 13 on a Class A misdemeanor assault charge accusing him of striking and choking his wife, Felicia, at their suburban Houston home July 18.
