Salad Diners Warned To Get Injections

Anyone who ate coleslaw or lettuce salad at the Black Angus Restaurant in Boise recently may have been exposed to hepatitis A and should receive an injection of immune globulin within 14 days.

Only those people who ate the coleslaw or lettuce salad after 4 p.m. on Jan. 8, Jan. 10, Jan. 11 or Jan. 15 or any time Jan. 12 are at risk. Injections are available at the Central District Health Department.

A worker at the restaurant was diagnosed with the disease.
