Disabled Kids Sought For Music Program

A Spokane music teacher is looking for developmentally disabled children from the age of 18 months to 4 years to participate in a music-education program.

The class, held at 1205 N. Washington St., is free for disabled kids. Tuition and materials are being provided through a grant from Kindermusik.

The class starts Friday and meets from 10:30 to 11 a.m. It is designed for children and a parent or responsible adult. The classes teach music and movement in an environment that fosters growth at an individual pace.
