Five Hurt In Shoreline Apartment Fire
Fire swept through a three-story apartment complex Tuesday in this north Seattle suburb, injuring five people, including two women who jumped off balconies.
More than 75 firefighters and support personnel from five agencies responded to the three-alarm blaze at the Woodview Apartments.
The fire, believed to be accidental, roke out in a second-floor apartment of the 18-unit building, said Shoreline Fire Battalion Chief Dave Andrews. It quickly spread to the third floor.
