The Uncle Sam billboard, also known as the Hamilton Farms sign, is moving - from the west to the east side of Interstate 5 near here.

The sign, located between Centralia and Chehalis, has been a landmark for more than 20 years.

Owners Al and Ruth Hamilton sold the property last year and the new owner, National Frozen Foods, gave them until Aug. 1 to move the sign.

But that’s not the end for the message board the conservative couple use to blast liberals and big government.

They’re erecting their new billboard on the east side of I-5 south of Chehalis.
