Delores Bex Coeur d’Alene
At her request, no service will be held for Delores Bex, 61. English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bex, who was born in Missouri, died Friday.
She moved to North Idaho in 1940 from Missouri and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Ted; two sons, Jim Bex of Osburn, Idaho, and Brian Bex of Coeur d’Alene; one daughter, Janet Allison of Cusick, Wash.; one brother, Larry Witham; three sisters, Teva Guertson, Wilma Jackson and Bonnie Rush; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Ramona Durrant Spokane
Service for Ramona L. Durrant, 59, is set for 11 a.m. today at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home. Burial will be at Mount Hope (Wash.) Cemetery.
Mrs. Durrant, who died Wednesday at home, was born in Valley, Wash., and graduated from high school there.
She married Robert Durrant in Spokane, in 1956.
She drove a school bus for the Freeman School District and had worked as a floral designer for Rich Avenue Gardens, and as a floral and craft designer for Miller Art Products.
She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Kristine Pettibone of Freeman; one son, Brien Durrant of Valleyford; one brother, Lee Davis of Richland; and two grandchildren.
David Johnson Spokane
Memorial service for David Lee Johnson, 66, will be at 2 p.m. today at Ball and Dodd Funeral HomeSouth.
Mr. Johnson, who was born in Spokane, died Thursday.
Mr. Johnson was an insurance broker in Spokane for more than 30 years and owned D.J. Johnson and Associates.
He and his wife owned Cocolalla (Idaho) Corner Antique since 1980.
Mr. Johnson was a member of the National Watch and Clock Collectors Association.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Donna Johnson; four sons, David “Butch” Johnson Jr., of Spokane, John and Robert Johnson, both of San Francisco, and Todd Johnson of Seattle; five daughters, Elizabeth Kelly and Stephanie Johnson, both of Spokane, Kathleen Newman of Fairbanks, Alaska, Victoria Johnson of Oregon City, Ore., and Stacy Lowe of Seattle; a brother, Robert Johnson of Reardan, Wash.; a sister, Marjorie Johnson of Spokane, and six grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
