Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Brady W. Cook - 30, Athol, failure to appear/possession of cocaine, $15,000 bond.

Daniel M. Liden - 21, Hayden, failure to appear/forgery, $1,000 bond.

Robert J. Mosher - 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Donald R. Severance - 44, Post Falls, failure to appear/aggravated assault, $5,000 bond.

Michael J. Slater - 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/felony driving while suspended, $7,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

David L. Atkinson - 45, Rathdrum, contempt/driving while suspended (two counts), and failure to appear/work program, $400 bond, one day in jail.

Francis A. Bales - 39, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $151 bond.

Dallas R. Eells Jr. - 21, St. Maries, contempt/driving while suspended, $416 bond.

Robert K. Compton - 25, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/inattentive driving, and invalid driver’s license, $159 bond.

Robin C. Coppert - 32, Rathdrum, contempt/driving under the influence, $286 fine.

Michael A. Felts - 44, Sagle, contempt/ driving under the influence and failure to appear/jail sentence, $449 bond, Five days in jail.

Todd A. Harpole - 25, Rathdrum, contempt/driving under the influence, $2,366 bond.

Martin J. Heiller - 28, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended (two counts), invalid driver’s license, $1,284 bond.

Michael A. Krogseth - 39, Newman Lake, contempt/eluding a police officer, $252 bond.

Terry R. Morgan - 19, Athol, contempt/dog not licensed, $201 bond.

Christopher A. Nelson - 22, Athol, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $151 bond.

Gary L. Senn - 38, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence and driving while suspended, $5,565 bond.

Robert L. Stacey - 22, Spokane, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and failure to appear/work program, $401 bond. one day in jail.

Christopher D. Strakbein - 27, Sandpoint, contempt/driving while suspended, $200 bond.

James A. Teague - 26, Blanchard, Idaho, contempt/inattentive driving, $300 bond.

Most warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
