Cannons Sweep Pullman Patriots

Andrew Larson smashed a two-run double in the sixth inning to lift the Spokane Cannons to a 9-7 win over the Pullman Patriots Tuesday night in the first game of an American Legion AAA baseball doubleheader.

In the second game, Jeremy Isherwood’s four RBIs led the way for the Cannons in a 12-7 win to complete the sweep.

The Cannons tied the first game in the sixth inning when Tom Fox and Ryan Gardner hit back-to-back singles and Andy Imada followed with a single that drove in Fox. Larson followed with his game-winning double, scoring Gardner and Imada.
