Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Katrine A. Barry 35, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/driving under the influence, $2,500 bond.

Kevin A. Brewer 36, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/felony driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Richard W. Crosley 37, Post Falls, felony driving while suspended (two counts), $5,000 bond.

Robert L. Moffett 41, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Clinton W. Tuma 23, Trout Creek, Mont., parole violation/grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Ernest L. Adair 35, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $285 bond.

Michael P. Baker 36, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of paraphernalia, $27 bond.

Chris C. Collins 36, Spokane, contempt/ negligent operation of a boat, $285 bond.

Brian D. Eisenhower 28, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $151 bond.

Lee W. Frech 21, Harrison, contempt/ driving while suspended, $416 bond.

Arthur R. Holland 32, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/domestic battery, failure to appear/work release, $251 bond, 56 days in jail.

Ron J. Jemison 34, Rathdrum, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $201 bond.

Sam L. Jones Jr. 26, Post Falls, contempt/driving under the influence, $565 bond.

Scott R. McVey 32, Bayview, contempt/ eluding a police officer, $201 bond.

Frank L. Mokry Jr. 23, Plummer, contempt/driving while suspended, $320 bond.

Donald H. Nelson 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/no driver’s license, $100 bond.

Jerry L. Peasley 33, Spirit Lake, contempt/driving under the influence, failure to appear/work program, $470 bond, two days in jail.

Michael R. Segerstrom 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $200 bond.

Frederick R. Spencer 31, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $251 bond.

Joshwa D. Wilkerson 23, Lewiston, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, obstructing an officer, $700 bond.

Most warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
