Jim Delegans wants to build 12 condominiums on the second and third floors of the Fuller Paint warehouse. The property is located on the north side of Desmet Avenue between Ruby and Pearl streets.

Spokane City Council

Thursday, 3:30 p.m. study session, lower-level conference room

The council will hear a report on the fire and police retirement funds.

Spokane Growth Management Committee

Friday, 9:30 a.m. regular meeting, second floor board room

Spokane Transit Authority, 1230 W. Boone
