Officials Identify Moses Lake Body

A 30-year-old man found dead in a Moses Lake home was identified today as Prentis A. Jones.

Police found Jones’ body after a woman called police at 11:14 a.m. Friday and said she had found her boyfriend dead in the home.

Police said only that Jones died of “violent means.” Moses Lake police and Washington State Patrol investigators were continuing to process the crime scene today, Sgt. David Ruffin said.

The woman who reported the slaying was not identified, and no arrests had been made.
