Windermere Real Estate is expanding its influence in the Northwest with the addition of an affiliate and another office.

Hallows Realty, a real estate firm in Twin Falls, Idaho, will affiliate with Windermere affective June 1. Hallows, a one-year old company, is owned by Steve and Gudrun Hallows, who both were Coldwell Banker agents before opening their own business.

The Twin Falls office, which has four agents, is the third Windermere affiliate in Idaho.

Windermere also has set up shop in Yakima. A new office with 12 agents opened May 15.

Windermere has been trying to expand in the Yakima and Tri-Cities markets for years, said Dave Retter, owner of the offices there.

Windermere has 150 offices and more than 4,000 sales associates in the Northwest.
