Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Sunday R. Groce 24, Spokane, parole violation/grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Joseph M. Matt Sr. 31, Worley, parole violation/felony driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Spladae S. Moore 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/sentencing for nonsufficient funds checks, failure to carry driver’s license, restricted license, $6,000 bond.

Larry F. Pogue 24, Coeur d’Alene, burglary, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, $26,000 bond.

Mark J. Scychulda 35, Coeur d’Alene, nonsufficient funds checks (three counts), $2,500 bond.

Misdemeanors

Bradley J. Albright 40, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/malicious injury to property, failure to appear/dog not licensed; and driving under the influence, $437 bond, 10 days in jail.
