Blood Drive At Presbyterian Church Sunday

Whitworth Community Presbyterian Church is conducting a blood drive Sunday for the Inland Northwest Blood Center.

The blood bank will be set up in Tiffany Hall at the church, 312 W. Hawthorne Road, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

More than 115 people already have signed up to give blood on Sunday. If each of them donates a unit of blood on Sunday it would more than double the existing record of units collected at a church blood drive.

To give blood, you must be in general good health, free from cold or flu and weigh at least 110 pounds.
