U.S. Baseball Team Rolls

The U.S. national baseball team, getting solo homers from four players, beat Nicaragua 6-2 Monday to extend its winning streak to 25 games.

The second game of the scheduled doubleheader was called off because of rain.

J.D. Drew, Jacque Jones, Brian Loyd and Matt LeCroy homered for the United States.
