Washington State At Ucla
The Cougars (16-10 overall, 8-9 Pac-10) make one run last run at grabbing the attention of the the NCAA and NIT selection committees when they take on the No. 15 Bruins (22-7, 15-2) at Pauley Pavilion. Tipoff 2:30 p.m., live TV coverage on PSN.
At a glance: WSU has never beaten UCLA in Los Angeles - not in the 30 games played in Pauley, nor in the eight played prior to its construction. The defending national champions have clinched the Pac-10 title and the league’s automatic NCAA tournament berth. Still, the Cougars come in confident, having won seven of their last nine games and knowing they can stick with the Bruins. That was proven earlier this season when when they forced OT before losing 78-73 at the Arena.
