Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

John R. Pectle 34, Spokane, nonsufficient funds check, $10,000 bond.

Travis J. Vosberg 19, Spokane, grand theft, no bond.

Michael L. Zimmerman 24, Spokane, parole violation/burglary, $5,000 bond.

Robert W. Johnston 22, Spokane, parole violation/forgery, $5,000 bond.

Jeffery A. Fitzhugh 33, Spokane, parole violation/grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Richard A. Hall 31, Spokane, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $213 bond.

Robert J. Oliveira, 38 Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, $816 bond.

William E. Tacke 30, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, $500 bond.

William E. Day Spokane, contempt/ inattentive driving, $451 bond.

Gary L. Senn 37, Spokane, contempt/ driving while suspended and driving under the influence, $5,565.

Shawn A. Roberts 29, Spokane, contempt/ petty theft, $351 bond.

John C. Wilson II 38, Spokane, contempt/ boating under the influence, $351 bond.

Stephen R. Bates 23, Spokane, contempt/ driving without privileges, failure to appear for work program, $366 bond, two days in jail.

Bret W. Grytness 24, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, $151 bond.

Billy K. Johansen 42, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, $163 bond.

Noe Martinez 25, Spokane, contempt/ trespassing and urinating in public, $252 bond.

Paula C. Sawyers 27, Spokane, contempt/ inattentive driving, $367 bond.

Jade E. Blankenship 19, Spokane, contempt/driving while suspended, failure to appear for trial, $2,232 bond.

Alan J. Voykin 41, Spokane, contempt/ driving without privileges, petty theft, $2,345 bond.

Gerald J. Francis 30, Spokane, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $352 bond.

Most warrants for contempt can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
