Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. If you have any information, contact the sheriff’s department at (208) 664-1511.

Felonies

Chester L. Davidson 45, Rathdrum, non-sufficient funds check, $1,000 bond.

Thomas H. Eilers 38, Post Falls, parole violation/felony driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Ronald D. Engan 45, Post Falls, aggravated assault, $5,000 bond.

Corey C. Willard 20, Post Falls, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Scott Waren Wynns 25, Hayden, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance.

Misdemeanors

Shannon M. Andringa 22, Post Falls, contempt/petty theft and failure to appear, $200 bond.

Travis J. Craig 25, Post Falls, contempt/ inattentive driving, $144 bond.

Robert S. Dunn 26, Post Falls, contempt/ driving while suspended, $472 bond.

Donald C. Francis 39, Post Falls, contempt/ possession of a controlled substance, $201 bond.

Rodney C. Haux 39, Post Falls, contempt/ inattentive driving, $401 bond.

Tracy P. Jones 27, Post Falls, contempt/ driving without privileges, $201 bond.

Lynn R. Knapp 27, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, 13 counts no dog license, $1,181 bond.

Tracy I. Paola, Post Falls, contempt/invalid driver’s license, failure to appear/failure to pay, $273 bond.

George A. Parent 20, Post Falls, contempt/ two counts driving without privileges, $933 bond.

Harrington L. Smith III 43, Post Falls, contempt/driving without privileges, $318 bond.

Annette I. Taylor 26, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $87 bond.

Farrel R. Zahn 29, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $151 bond.

The warrants list for March 4 incorrectly stated the nature of a contempt warrant for Jay James Mosher. The warrant should have read contempt/frequenting a place where controlled substances are used. It has since been paid and taken care of.

Most warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
