Missing Teens Found In Car On Lake Bottom

Compiled From Wire Services

Four teenagers who had been missing for two days after telling their parents they were going bowling were found dead in a car at the bottom of a lake. The car had apparently run off a steep bank and plunged into Wagner’s Lake.

Divers found the car in 8 feet of water Wednesday after police investigating a report of a damaged fence found tire tracks leading to the lake.

Autopsies determined that the four teens drowned. It wasn’t known who was driving the car, which belonged to parents of one of the teens.
