The council will discuss reforming the land-use and development codes.

Spokane Hearing Examiner

Tuesday, 9 a.m. regular meeting, second-floor conference room

The hearing examiner will consider a proposal from Craig Condron of C and L Development to build 405 single-family lots on 102.63 acres. The development, known as “Bluegrass,” is located slightly east and south of the intersection of Nevada and Lincoln.

The council will discuss the convention center expansion and growth management policies.

Spokane County Commission
