Fair Theme Moooving Experience

From Staff Reports

Spokane resident Diane Lehmann is the winner of the 1996 Spokane Interstate Fair theme contest.

Her winning entry, “Bee Bop a Moo Moo,” was selected from more than 120 entries. She wins a trip for two to Reno.

“Diane’s theme fits well with our back to the ‘50s and ‘60s format,” said Fair Manager Paul Gillingham. “The advertising agency handling the fair’s account will have a field day with ‘Bee Bop a Moo Moo.”’ Lehmann’s theme will be incorporated into all fair advertising and other promotions leading up to the Sept. 6-15 event.
