Secret Witness Wants Help Finding Bomber

Secret Witness is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to the identification of the person who bombed Spokane City Hall.

The bomb exploded just after 3 a.m. Monday. The device was packed with nails and screws, which flew more than 150 yards into Riverfront Park.

No one was hurt.

However, the explosion blew out one window and one of the doors at the Post Street entrance.
