Charles Mitchell Spokane
Service for Charles D. Mitchell, 40, was Wednesday at Ball and Dodd Funeral Home-North. Cremation followed.
Mr. Mitchell, a lifetime Spokane resident, died Saturday.
He worked as a glazier for 10 years with BPI Quality Windows and most recently for Window Products Inc.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Mitchell; one son, Joseph Mitchell of St. Regis, Mont.; his parents, Charles and Evelyn Pyne of Spokane; three brothers, John Mitchell of Auburn, Wash., Daniel Mitchell of Spokane and Steven Mitchell of Colbert; and five sisters, Renet Wellbrink, Gaye Robinson, Lynn Strahl, Laura Tucker and Anita Foxley, all of Spokane.
William Heideman Bonners Ferry, Idaho
Service for William Henry Heideman, 91, will be today at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Bonners Ferry. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery in Bonners Ferry.
Mr. Heideman, who was born near Bonners Ferry, died Monday.
He grew up in Boundary County and received his education there. He worked in the mines at Kellogg in the 1930s and moved near Three Mile in Bonners Ferry.
He lived on a farm during the 1940s and he later worked for the Moyie River Lumber Co. and was a farmer.
Mr. Heideman moved in to Bonners Ferry from his farm in 1989.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church and Odd Fellows Lodge and served as master of Grange 356. He was also a 4-H leader.
Survivors include his wife Musette; one stepdaughter, Cora Gilbert of Oregon; two sisters, Mabel Johnson of Lewiston and Kathryn Shroyer of Arizona; six grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Dorothy Boblick Elk
Service for Dorothy (Plumb) Boblick, 69, will be at 11 a.m. today at Sr. Mary’s Presentation Catholic Church in Deer Park. Cremation will follow. Lauer Funeral Home in Deer Park is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Boblick, who died Tuesday, was born in Clifton, N.J. She was a homemaker and had lived in Elk for more than 10 years. She and her husband, Robert Boblick, would have been married 50 years on June 29.
She is survived by her husband; six sons, Robert Boblick Jr. of Texas, James Boblick of Mississippi, Raymond and Billy Boblick, both of Elk; Thomas Boblick of Albuquerque, N.M., and Mark Boblick of Chattaroy; five daughters, Roberta Scarfe of Los Lunas, N.M.; Allison Morgan of Tilton, Texas, Valerie Boblick of Spokane, Laurel Lunn Brady of Alpine, Texas, and Marion Killough of Houston; one brother, Elmer Plumb of New Jersey; and 18 grandchildren.
Ralph Coldwater Spokane
Graveside service for Ralph Coldwater, 43, is planned for 9:30 a.m. today at Fairmount Memorial Park. Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Coldwater, who died Tuesday, was born in Dayton, Ohio.
He graduated from high school in Butte, Mont., and in 1972 married Clinene Hayes. He was an accountant with Heritage Mortgage Co. in Spokane and had lived here since 1979.
Survivors include his wife; one son, Abe Coldwater at home; two daughters, Rebecca and Sarah Coldwater, both at home; his parents, Elliott and Dorothy Coldwater of Spokane; one sister, Jolee Coldwater Nelson of Medford, Ore.; and his grandmother, Anna Rosenberg of Anaconda, Mont.
Wayne Bishop Spokane
Memorial service for Wayne Bishop, 89, is set for 3 p.m. today at Sprague (Wash.) Community Church. Private graveside service will precede at Macabee Cemetery in Sprague.
Born in Dayton, Wash., Mr. Bishop died Wednesday.
He was a former longtime Ritzville, Wash., resident and had lived in Spokane for three years. He worked as an independent insurance agent. He was a member of Ritzville Lions Club.
Mr. Bishop is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mildred; two sons, Jack Bishop of Portland and Dean Bishop of Thailand; two daughters, Sandra Bishop of Federal Way, Wash., and Joan Balenzano of Spokane; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Olive Rogers Coeur d’Alene
Memorial service for Olive M. Rogers, 88, will be Monday at 1 p.m. at English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene. Mrs. Rogers, who was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, died Wednesday. She moved to Weiser, Idaho, in 1941 before moving to Las Vegas, Nev. She moved to Coeur d’Alene in 1993 from Nevada and worked as an accountant most of her life.
Survivors include a stepson, Don Rogers, of Coeur d’Alene; one stepdaughter, Bette Sanders of Lewiston; one sister, of Vancouver; nine stepgrandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Helen Oliver Spokane
Memorial service for Helen A. Oliver, 93, is set for 4 p.m. Saturday at the Provincial House of Convent of the Holy Names. Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home is in charge.
Mrs. Oliver, a lifetime resident of Spokane, died Saturday. She worked as a telephone operator and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and St. Charles Catholic Church.
She spent summers at Priest Lake, Idaho. Her husband, Albert “Bud” Oliver, died in 1973, Mrs. Oliver is survived by one son, Gerald Oliver of Spokane; one daughter, Mary Blackinton of Spokane; one granddaughter and one great-grandson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the retirement fund of the Sisters of the Holy Names.
Marlyn Olson Post Falls
Service for Marlyn Doloris Olson, 63, will be today at 2 p.m. at English Funeral Chapel in Post Falls. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Post Falls.
Mrs. Olson, who was born in Minnesota, died Tuesday.
She moved to Post Falls in 1984 and was a grocery cashier.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Roger; three sons, Reed Olson of Spokane, Richard Olson of Minnesota and Race Olson of Newman Lake, Wash.; two daughters, Kelly Lundquist of Post Falls and Vicky Grunwald of Minnesota; her mother, Isabel Masterson of Minnesota; two brothers, Dwight Masterson and Rodney Masterson; one sister, Connie Dam of Minnesota; and 20 grandchildren.
Virgil Streibich Spokane
Private memorial service will be held for Virgil P. Streibich, 43. Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home is in charge. Mr. Streibich, a former Spokane resident, died May. 2. He was born in Colville, Wash.
He graduated from Northport (Wash.) High School and from Spokane Falls Community College with an associate degree in theater arts. He worked with Civic Theatre in costume and set design before he moved to Seattle 20 years ago.
In Seattle he also worked in costume and set design, with Fifth Avenue Street Theater for more than 10 years. He toured with “Fiddler on the Roof” for one year and most recently was with the Seattle Opera and Ballet for eight years.
He is survived by his father, Marvin Streibeck of Northport, Wash.; three sisters, Hazel Hoeft and Cheryl Lipp, both of Spokane, and Mary Sedberry of Rigby, Idaho; and three brothers, Bill and Kevin Streibeck, both of Spokane, and Tim Streibeck of Arden, Wash.

James ‘Bob’ Shouse Post Falls
Memorial service for James Robert “Bob” Shouse, 55, will be today at 4 p.m. at English Funeral Chapel in Post Falls. Mr. Shouse, who was born in Bozeman, Mont., died Tuesday. He moved to Post Falls 13 years ago from Montana and had worked as a truck driver for 30 years.
Mr. Shouse was a member of The National Rifle Association.
Survivors include his wife, Tina; one son, Robert Shouse of Michigan; one daughter, Tina Davis of Michigan; four sisters, Regina Bolyard of Arizona, Vicki Dolton and Connie Kolokotrones, both of Seattle, and Patti Reyes of Centralia, Wash.; and seven grandchildren.

Vernon ‘Mac’ McSpadden Spokane
Service for Vernon O. “Mac” McSpadden, 75, will be at 2 p.m. today at Sunset Mausoleum Chapel at Fairmount Memorial Park. Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. McSpadden, who was born in Quincy, Ill., died Tuesday.
He had lived in Spokane since 1936 and worked as a meat cutter for Stones Grocery and Rosauers. He served with the Navy during World War II, and was a member of Inland Empire Golf Association.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Frances McSpadden; two daughters, Connie Cross of Evansville, Ind., and Sally Ann Steidl of Vancouver, Wash.; and four grandchildren.
Roger ‘Butch’ Bergin Spokane
Memorial service for Roger Lewis “Butch” “Rog” Bergin, 58, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home.
Mr. Bergin, who died Wednesday, was a lifetime Spokane resident. He graduated from Lewis and Clark High School and was a member of the International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers, Local 82. He retired in 1994.
Mr. Bergin is survived by two daughters, Shirley Nelson of Kennewick and Shannon Peterson of Spokane; his mother, Vivian Bergin of Spokane; one sister, Carol Bergin of Spokane; one brother, Allen Bergin of Provo, Utah; and two grandchildren.
Frank Perkins Spokane
Private service will be held for Frank Warren Perkins, 86. Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Perkins, who was born in Medford, Mass., died Sunday.
He moved to Spokane 22 years ago from Massachusetts. He worked as a cable tester for a cable manufacturing company.
He served in the Navy during World War II.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Pauline Perkins; two daughters, Elizabeth Brinkley of Lewiston and Elaine Leiter of England; one sister, May Legee of Massachusetts; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Ronald Edwards Phoenix, Ariz.
Graveside service for Ronald C. Edwards, 70, will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Spirit Lake, Idaho. English Funeral Chapel in Coeur d’Alene is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Edwards, who was born in Priest Lake, Idaho, died Saturday. Raised in Spirit Lake, he served in the Navy during World War II and then graduated from Spirit Lake High School in 1946. He moved to California in 1947 and to Phoenix in 1983.
Survivors include his wife, Donna; one son, Randall Edwards of Boise; two daughters, Lynn Shields of Oregon and Cheryl Fox of California; one sister, Doris Bickmore of California; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. ‘
