The council will consider a resolution asking the Plan Commission to loosen the restrictions on where manufactured homes can be built.

Spokane Hearing Examiner

Tuesday, 9 a.m. regular meeting, second-floor conference room

The hearing examiner will consider a request to build a cellular telephone communications building near Joe Albi Stadium, on property south of Royal Drive in the southeast corner of Fairmont Memorial Park.

Spokane City Plan Commission

Wednesday, noon briefing session, second-floor conference room

1:30 p.m. regular meeting

The commission will discuss plans for extending the Centennial Trail south from the Latah Creek/Spokane River confluence. Members also will discuss the effectiveness of the interim sandwich board sign ordinance.

Spokane City Council

The council will discuss growth management laws.
