Puget Sound Hammers Spokane In Second Half
After a scoreless first half, the Puget Sound Hammers exploded for four goals in the second half Sunday to beat the Spokane Shadow 4-2 in a USISL soccer match in Seattle.
Seth Spidahl had two goals and an assist in a 4-minute span as the Hammers (2-2) took a 3-0 lead. Todd Stauber had the other goal.
Spidahl went on to complete the hat trick at the 69-minute mark to give Puget Sound a 4-1 advantage.
Dave Berto scored on a penalty kick and Chris Stiles scored with 15 minutes left for Spokane (3-1).
