Richard Ward reported Wednesday the $7,203 theft of fishing equipment from his pickup while it was parked at Black Sheep Sporting Goods, 308 Seale Ave.

Tina Westra reported May 22 the $550 theft of her mountain bike at ShopKo, 217 Ironwood Dr.

Safeway Foods reported Wednesday the $300 theft of a coin box from a vending machine taken from the store at 1148 Fourth St.

Kootenai County sheriff

Gene Hedlund, St. Maries, reported Tuesday $5,000 damage to 300 trees on his property on Holiday Acres near Harrsion.

Post Falls police

John Petrilla, Post Falls, reported May 22 the $400 theft of fishing gear and a hunting knife from his pickup truck while it was parked at his home on the 200 block of Park Ave.
