Police Arrest Witnesses In Spokane Man’s Death
Two material witnesses sought in connection with the killing of a Spokane man were arrested Thursday, police said.
Marlene Brian, 48, and Adolph Dionne, 33, were booked into the Spokane County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Accused killer Kenneth Gooch, 40, is currently on trial in Spokane County Superior Court. Gooch is charged with second-degree murder for the Jan. 15 slaying of Vito Tombari, 40.
Police are still looking for a third witness, Patricia Ford, 31. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233. , DataTimes
