Predatory Sex Offender Released From Prison

A “predatory” sex offender is now living in Spokane after being released from prison, police said.

Scott Raymond Halverson, 36, has a long criminal record, including convictions for raping a 10-year-old girl and molesting a 4-year-old girl, according to police.

Authorities describe Halverson as dangerous and untreated, with “escalating predatory sex offense behavior.”

Halverson is white, 5-feet-8, 150 pounds with blond hair and hazel eyes.
