Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. FELONIES

Angela M. Brian 23, Spokane, parole violation/grand theft, $25,000 bond.

Tony R. Byers 27, Hayden, parole violation/attempted grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Richard M. Phillips 26, Coeur d’Alene, felony malicious injury to property, $1,000 bond.

Bryce W. Pol 21, Post Falls, parole violation/sexual abuse of a child, $100,000 bond.

Roger J. R. Roberts 26, Omak, Wash., non-sufficient funds checks, $3,000 bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Paul E. Antuna 29, Veradale, Wash., contempt/driving while suspended, $316 bond.

David A. Berg Spokane, contempt/failure to have safety equipment, $174 bond.

Lavonna C. Guardippe 57, Spokane, contempt/non-sufficient funds check, $414 bond.

Paul E. Hazelwood Jr. 25, Post Falls, contempt/inattentive driving, driving while suspended, and invalid driver’s license, failure to appear/open container, $1,818 bond.
