The marriage of Cathy Higel to Jon Manor was solemnized in a recent ceremony at Central Lutheran Church.

Richard and Mary Lee Higel, Spokane, are parents of the bride. Manor is the son of Art and Jeanette Manor, Spokane.

A reception was at the home of the groom’s parents. The Manors are living in Tigard after a honeymoon in Mexico.
