Stabbing Victim Dies After Fight At Arby’s

A 22-year-old Spokane man stabbed during a downtown fight died Monday night at a local hospital, police said.

Police found the man lying in the Arby’s parking lot at 328 E. Third about 11 p.m. Friday.

According to a witness, a man in a car yelled at the victim, making a derogatory comment about Shadle Park High School.

Moments later, police said the witness saw two men fighting with the victim. The men then returned to their car and drove away, leaving the victim on the ground.

The suspects are believed to be in their early 20s. One is Asian and the other white or Hispanic, police said.

The late-model car was described as a white, two-door Nissan or Subaru.

Police refused to identify the victim, pending notification of relatives. , DataTimes
