No Perot Vp Yet

Ross Perot has not yet chosen his running mate after all.

Clay Mulford, Perot’s son-in-law and attorney, said on CNN Thursday that Perot had made a vice presidential choice and an announcement was likely this week.

But Russell Verney, national coordinator for Perot’s campaign, said Friday, “There is no announcement planned for this week.” He said, “Clay misspoke himself yesterday.”
