Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Steven P. Ensminger 40, Spokane, parole violation/possession of a controlled substance and contempt, $5,059 bond.
Rebecca A. Lageschulte 39, Athol, non-sufficient funds check fraud (two counts), $3,000 bond.
Calvin E. Mathis 44, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $10,000 bond.
Michael P. Stewart 26, Spokane, failure to appear/burglary, $5,000 bond.
James P. Taie 30, Spokane, parole violation/grand theft, eluding, contempt, $10,076 bond.
