Jeremy Thielbahr rushed for 257 yards on 20 carries and scored two touchdowns to lead the Sandpoint Bulldogs to a 43-6 non-league win over the host West Valley Eagles Friday night.

Sandpoint receiver Carson Jeffries also had a big night with three catches for 159 yards and two touchdowns.

Bulldog quarterback Brett Taylor connected with Jeffries on 58- and 45-yard scoring strikes.

West Valley’s lone touchdown came on a fourth-quarter 14-yard pass from Nick Saba to Nick Brumback.

Josh Easley rushed for 215 yards on 30 carries to lead the Wildcats to an Intermountain League victory over the host Spartans.

Jason Frank kicked a pair of field goals and also scored on a 14-yard run for the Wildcats.

Kellogg quarterback Brian Carlson completed 9 of 17 passes for 111 yards.

Lakeside 62, Kootenai 14

The Knights scored on four of their first five plays from scrimmage and went on to rout the Warriors in North Star League action at Plummer. The game was called at the end of the third quarter because of the mercy rule.

Ken Pluff scored touchdowns on a 30-yard interception return, an 89-yard run and a 44-yard punt return to lead Lakeside.

Doug Ott returned a kickoff 76 yards for a touchdown for Kootenai.
