Among other business, the council during its 6 p.m. meeting will consider a proposal to spend about $60,000 studying the traffic and air-pollution impacts of a proposed city shop in the Logan neighborhood.

Spokane County Commissioners

Among other business during their 2 p.m. meeting, commissioners will consider whether to allow Spokane Federal Credit Union to install a cash machine in the Public Safety Building, and they’ll decide whether two dogs that attacked other dogs should be declared dangerous. At 5 p.m., they’ll hold hearings on: a proposed 21-unit apartment overlooking the Little Spokane River; re-establishing door-to-door sales of pet licenses; and whether to place speed restrictions for boats using Clear and Silver lakes until flooding has ended.
