Earth Search Signs Deal With Noranda

Earth Search Sciences Inc. of McCall, Idaho, has signed a letter of agreement with Canadian mining company Noranda Mining and Exploration to supply the $10 billion mining company with remote sensing technology.

Noranda will invest $1 million in Earth Search stock and agree to exclusive use of Earth Search’s Probe 1 computer equipment, which can be mounted on an aircraft and takes high-resolution images of the earth’s surface, Earth Search said.

The final agreement will be finished by Aug. 29, Earth Search said. , DataTimes
